Methodology
The survey gathers unpublished data collected by different studies conducted by Cetic.br|NIC.br with individuals, enterprises, and public organizations. The ICT Panel survey interviews, via an online questionnaire, individuals aged 16 or older who are Internet users in Brazil. The ICT Enterprises survey includes a specific module on the processing of personal data in the private sector, interviewing small, medium, and large enterprises on the topic. In addition to the new results, analyses related to public organizations in Brazil are carried out, based on indicators on privacy and personal data protection from the ICT in Government, ICT in Health, and ICT in Education surveys.
